A: The most important guideline: No more than one carbohydrate-rich meal a day. We generally recommend that that meal be your dinne, although that is not a hard, fast rule.
The time of day is really up to you although we ask you to keep the meal time fairly consistent since the body needs at least twelve to twenty hours to recover from a carbohydrate load.
So enjoy a change in Reward Meal® time sas a special treat or take part in a party or celebration. You can try a regular change off to a Sunday Brunch Reward Meal® but watch your balance and see if the change in timing stimulates your cravings.
If you find yourself struggling with hunger or cravings after your brunch, balance it more carefully with protein. If the cravings continue, it might be best to save that wonderful brunchfor special occasions.
Remember: If you’re feeling the powerful pull of your carb addiction, look first to what you’ve eaten last.
