Q: Can I sometimes switch the timing of my Reward Meal? A: The rule is no more than one carbohydrate-rich meal a day. We generally recommend that it be the evening meal, although that is not a hard, fast rule. The time of day is really up to you although we ask you to keep the meal time fairly consistent since the body needs at least twelve to twenty hours to recover from a carbohydrate load. So enjoy a change in Reward Meal time so that you can enjoy a special treat or take part in a party or celebration but remember, no more than one carbohydrate-rich (Reward Meal) each day. |
